Urbano Real Estate Nepal and Basobaas Forge Landmark Partnership in Nepal’s Real Estate Sector

In a move set to redefine standards of trust and transparency in Nepal’s property market, Urbano Real Estate Nepal and Basobaas formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 25 June 2025. This groundbreaking alliance brings together Urbano’s established expertise in valuation and due diligence with Basobaas’s dynamic digital platform, aiming to deliver the highest level of customer protection and confidence.

Under the terms of the MoU, Basobaas will integrate a “Request Valuation/Due Diligence” feature across its website, seamlessly directing client inquiries to Urbano’s specialized team. Urbano, in turn, will conduct comprehensive site valuations and produce detailed due diligence reports for flats, apartments, buildings, and land parcels.

The joint venture introduces two pioneering services to Nepal’s real estate market:

1.      100% Verified Property Listings – Every property featured on either platform will undergo a rigorous legal verification process and Right of Way before listing in the platform, safeguarding buyer interests and minimizing transaction risks.

2.      End-to-End due Diligence – From structural assessments of buildings, apartments and commercial spaces to comprehensive quality investigations, clients will receive in-depth reports to make fully informed decisions.
